Mr. Vinayak Bhosale is a seasoned healthcare administrator with over 15 years of extensive experience in the oncology and hospital management sector. A graduate in Bachelor of Arts from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, he has dedicated his career to enhancing patient care and streamlining healthcare operations, particularly in cancer care settings.

He began his professional journey with Kolhapur Cancer Centre, where he spent 3 formative years gaining hands-on experience in oncology support services and patient coordination. He further strengthened his administrative acumen at Apple Saraswati Multispeciality Hospital, where he served as Project Manager for 2.5 years, overseeing multi-departmental operations, infrastructure planning, and project execution.

In 2018, Mr. Bhosale joined Onco-Life Cancer Centre, where he has since played a pivotal role in the organization’s growth and operational excellence. As the Senior Administration Manager, he currently leads key functional areas including:

• Patient Counseling & Package Coordination

• Pathology Department Oversight & Reporting Processes

• Government and Private Insurance Coordination (MJPJAY, Ayushman Bharat, ECHS, etc.)

• Operational Supervision of Onco-Life’s Chiplun Centre

Known for his patient-centric approach and structured operational management, Mr. Bhosale ensures smooth hospital workflows, transparent patient communication, and compliance with both private and public insurance scheme requirements. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling up the Chiplun Centre’s capabilities and aligning administrative functions with Onco-Life’s mission of accessible, ethical, and quality cancer care in Western Maharashtra.

He continues to be a key pillar in Onco-Life’s administrative leadership, contributing to strategic planning, patient satisfaction, and cross-functional coordination across departments.
