Description:
We are looking for a qualified Pathologist to oversee diagnostic pathology services, including histopathology, cytology, and clinical pathology, ensuring accurate and timely results to support cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and report histopathology, cytology, and hematology tests.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in lab processes.
- Collaborate with oncologists to correlate pathology findings with clinical data.
- Supervise laboratory staff and maintain NABL compliance.
- Update knowledge on new diagnostic techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of pathology reports.
- Maintain detailed documentation of cases.
Qualifications & Experience:
MD/DNB in Pathology with at least 3 years of experience in oncology settings preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, leadership, and technical proficiency in pathology.
