Description:
Maintain accurate and secure patient records in compliance with legal and hospital requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medical records both digitally and physically.
- Ensure timely retrieval of records for patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Assist in NABH documentation.
- Coordinate with clinical staff for accurate data entry.
- Archive inactive records as per retention policy.
- Train staff on medical records management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate with diploma/certification in Medical Records Technology preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, and IT literacy.
