Description:
Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital policies.
- Coordinate performance appraisals.
- Manage payroll inputs.
- Organize employee training and welfare activities.
- Address employee grievances and support retention.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in HR with 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
