Description:
Plan and implement nutrition care plans to support cancer treatment, recovery, and overall patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient nutritional status.
- Develop individualized diet plans.
- Counsel patients and families on nutrition during treatment.
- Monitor and adjust diets as per treatment phase.
- Maintain dietary records.
- Collaborate with medical team for holistic care.
- Conduct nutrition education sessions.
Qualifications & Experience:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Nutrition & Dietetics with clinical experience preferred.
