The patient had only a single molar on the opposite side of an operated site which made the retention of prosthesis difficult. A Palatal obturator was fabricated after the radiation was completed. After impression was taken, margins were recorded. After the obturator was in place, the patient was able to swallow food without regurgitation. The speech became very clear.
