Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads and existing patients.
  • Provide information about services and offers.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Maintain call records.

  • Support marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate with good communication skills; telecalling experience preferred.
