Description:
Provide general medical care and manage co-morbidities in cancer patients, supporting oncologists in holistic treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage non-cancer health issues in oncology patients.
- Coordinate with oncology team for integrated care.
- Monitor patients during chemotherapy or radiation.
- Provide preventive care and health education.
- Maintain detailed patient records.
- Support emergency care as needed.
- Participate in hospital medical committees.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBBS with valid MCI/State Medical Council registration. Experience in hospital/oncology settings preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Clinical decision-making, patient communication, teamwork, and multi-specialty coordination.
