Patient Relationship Officer (PRO)

Description:

Act as the liaison between patients, families, and hospital departments to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients through admission, treatment, and discharge processes.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints.
  • Coordinate with doctors and nurses for updates.
  • Support patient education and counseling.
  • Track referral sources and manage doctor relationships.
  • Maintain records of patient interactions.
  • Promote hospital services through outreach.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate with strong communication skills; healthcare experience preferred.
