Medical Records Officer

Description:

Maintain accurate and secure patient records in compliance with legal and hospital requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage medical records both digitally and physically.
  • Ensure timely retrieval of records for patient care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Assist in NABH documentation.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff for accurate data entry.
  • Archive inactive records as per retention policy.
  • Train staff on medical records management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate with diploma/certification in Medical Records Technology preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, and IT literacy.
