Description:
Perform and analyze laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards in oncology diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hematology, biochemistry, and histopathology tests.
- Maintain lab equipment and manage reagents.
- Ensure NABL compliance in lab operations.
- Document and validate test results.
- Assist in fine needle aspiration (FNA) preparations.
- Coordinate with pathologists for urgent cases.
- Maintain biohazard safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
BMLT/DMLT with 2+ years of laboratory experience, preferably in oncology.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical accuracy, lab safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.
