Description:
We require a skilled Surgical Oncologist to perform complex cancer surgeries with precision, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oncological surgeries for various cancer types.
- Plan surgical interventions in coordination with medical and radiation oncologists.
- Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols.
- Participate in cancer screening and awareness programs.
- Maintain detailed surgical records and case documentation.
- Contribute to hospital’s clinical research initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
MCh/DNB in Surgical Oncology or MS (General Surgery) with fellowship in Oncology. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Advanced surgical skills, patient empathy, teamwork, and strong diagnostic judgment.
